WISHFULLS, LLC Policies:
WISHFULLS™ is committed to customer satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, request for a return or refund must be made within five (5) business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
To return an item, please email contact@wishfulls.com. In the Subject heading, write: Return Authorization Request. Please advise us of the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for the return such as incomplete, wrong items or defective items
- Your phone number, in case we need to speak with you directly
We will email you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
If we sent you a defective item, an incorrect item, or it was damaged in shipment, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned. If your order is incomplete, or you do not receive your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us within 2 business days and we will investigate and, if necessary, process a replacement.
If you ordered the item incorrectly, or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unused item. It must be in original condition and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to WISHFULLS™.
If you are returning an item that was purchased as a gift by another person, the refund amount will be credited back to the original purchaser. If you are exchanging an item in good condition for an equal or similar item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange only.
A return authorization is required to return merchandise. If a return is received without prior return authorization the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost.
Once you have your Return Authorization Number and a return address, carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging. Please package the item appropriately for shipment.
Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. If possible, save your tracking number and track your return to make sure we receive it. Please ship to our company address:

Once received by our Returns Department, WISHFULLS™ accepts full responsibility for all merchandise. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. For valuable items, you may wish to insure them to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit.
If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.
As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Replacements and refunds are normally processed within three (3) business days. Allow one (1) week to receive replacement merchandise.
Orders cannot the canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products.
WISHFULLS™ will not sell your email address or personal information to any entity. Your credit card information is not stored, only authorization numbers are captured at time of payment.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel your account with us due to misuse of your account or use for fraudulent purposes
- Block your IP address due to inappropriate use of the website
- Remove inappropriate postings as necessary
Update your account or orders based on your request or to fulfill your order based on your approval for order revisions or to correct an error.
Gift Card Policies:
The policies of the gift card vendor will prevail. Please see the following list of policies for each gift card available through our website. In some cases, you may need to see their individual website for full terms and conditions.
